A small Hiatus

Ok, so that was a bit of a small break. Work has been very busy, but I'm hoping that will change very soon. Since I graduated from  high school, I seem to be trapped in this rut that I can't seem to escape from, but I've been thinking of said rut lately, and I think what my problem is, is that I haven't been thinking of "out of the box" solutions. I can only seem to think of short terms solutions. So I challenge any readers to think of your problems that might be plaguing you this week, take out a sheet of notebook paper and a pen(cil), and brainstorm. In my case, I have to brain-thunderstorm. But think of your problems in a different light, and when you think of solutions, think of non-conventional solutions. Think of answers that a normal person would not think of. You can take unique answers and use them to your advantage. If anyone has a good story, make sure to post it in the comments.
So I'm going to start applying to some new jobs, and start to think of new ways to draw income in. I'm 23 years old and still living at home with my parents. God bless em, and I love them dearly, but I can't live at home much longer, being a burden on them. I've got to get out on my own now, and find my niche in this world. I have to find where I'm needed and pursue. On a side note, the last auditions for the X-Factor, Simon Cowell's new show are in Dallas, and I will be in attendance, auditioning for my chance to win. Maybe singing, what I love to do more than anything else in the whole world, really is my calling. And if it is, I'll find out if I take off. So we'll see how that goes, shall we?
I got my car fixed. It seems to be running well for the time being, but we're going to try to sell it in lieu of getting Ann's (that's Craig's aunt, who just passed away) Buick. We're gonna try to sell my Jeep for $2000, which would only leave us with $1000 left to pay for it. And it is a wonderful car. It runs well, it has a sun-roof, 101K miles on it, automatic. Good stuff.
Well, other than Bin Laden's death, I don't think I have anything socially, or civically related to write about. But I'm going to take down some notes and start writing more about those issues, rather than my own life, so as to make for a more provocative blog. Thank you for reading, if there is anyone reading.

Oh my. I've been a busy little bee. Flitting from one social medium to the next. As of now, I have a blog (you're reading it), a YouTube channel, a Facebook, and a Twitter. Keeping up with all 4 is going to be quite the task, but an endeavor I have started upon. I don't actually have any videos posted on the youtube yet, but as soon as I get my HD vid cam back from Kelsi, I'm going to be doing a lot of video work: recording, editing, mashing, uploading. I have a high powered machine in my MacBook Pro, and I fully intend on putting it to the test. If anyone has any ideas for videos, feel free to drop me a line, and tell me what YOU would like to see on MY channel! It will be very eclectic, no set style at all.
So, as of late I haven't made any great strides in trying to apply to hospitals in Dallas like I've been wanting to. So over the next few days, I'm going to be putting in apps like crazy. CVS has been a great gig for me, and it's been the longest job I've ever held. But lemme tell you, the stress is getting to me in such a negative way that I honestly think I'm beginning to get an ulcer. Oy. And I have no social life to speak of. I need more social interaction. I've just been so busy with work, I haven't really gone out in at least 2 months. I've been quite the homebody.

My Two Cents

Since the inception of blogging in the early two double-otts, I have been an avid blogger. I love to write about things, whether they be current events, the summary of my day, what I learned, pop culture; but above all, I write giving my social commentary. And you had better believe I have one. When someone asks "Who Cares?", more often than not, it's this intrepid blogger that cares. And therefore, I give you my 2 cents on the world. It may only be 2 cents, but they're the only 2 cents you'll ever need!
